Adjusted the wake from sleep behavior. If you still have issues with Multitouch not running after wake, ensure that the MultitouchHelper process is not running, and this should now be fixed.
Adjusted rest one swipe one so that it is not as easily triggered when scrolling with two touches
Two finger tap to click right click using Multitouch's tap to click should not trigger so easily when scrolling
